From Humble Beginnings
Since 1988, Paris Croissants has grown from a small, family-driven operation into a trusted wholesale partner across Southern California. Our story began with simple, small-batch croissants made for friends and family to sell in their local donut shops where they quickly became customer favorites.
As demand steadily increased, we moved out of the donut shop and into our first dedicated facility in Gardena, California. There, we were able to expand production while staying focused on the quality and consistency that earned us our early support.
Over time, continued growth led us to our current home in Long Beach, California, where we’ve been able to further develop our capabilities and serve a wider network of partners. Today, we’re proud to have built a strong presence in the Southern California market and to be recognized as a leading croissant producer in the region.
Even as we’ve grown, our approach remains the same: stay true to the craft, focus on quality, and support the businesses we partner with every day.
